Higher technical education
Quality related work experience in manufacturing company, electronics field is beneficial
A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills
Strong analytical skills to identify the source of problems
Good English and Estonian language (spoken and written), Russian language (spoken)
Good skills of MS Office, experience in SAP is beneficial
Ability to work independently and handle tasks simultaneously
Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and ISO 9001/14001:2015

WHAT YOU SHALL DO

  • identification of components and materials subject to incoming inspection
  • making component and finished product specifications available for Estonian plant functions
  • organizing inspections of non-conforming components during the manufacturing process or performing the inspection yourself, if needed
  • analyzing the quality of materials and components and contributing to the continuous improvement of suppliers
  • communication on quality issues with relevant counterparts
  • handling of quality complaints to suppliers
  • coordination of ECO-s (Engineering change order)
  • handling of customer claims
  • management of evaluation and claims warehouse locations
  • participation in internal audits as an auditor
  • preparation of manuals for the control and operations or management system
  • sample register management
  • arranging quality trainings for production teams
